Preventative Maintenance Programs
Overview
Our Preventative Maintenance Programs ensure the proper function of your ice resurfacer. We can catch small problems with your equipment before they become major expenses that can exceed the cost of a Bi-Annual Program.
Basic Maintenance Program
Develop a working relationship and to assess the current condition of your ice resurfacer.
Basic tune-up, emissions test, emissions print out, and comprehensive list of needed repairs.
Annual Maintenance Program
A great starting point, this program allows for the inspection and repair of your ice resurfacer for the start of the upcoming season.
Major tune-up, emissions test, oil and filter changes, hydraulic system testing, and conditioner adjustments, and a comprehensive list of needed repairs.
Bi-Annual Maintenance Program
A combination of the Annual and Basic Preventative Maintenance Programs to limit costly downtime for busy facilities.
1st Visit - Major tune-up, emissions test, oil and filter changes, hydraulic system testing, and conditioner adjustments, and a comprehensive list of needed repairs.
2nd Visit - Basic tune-up, emissions test, emissions print out, and comprehensive list of needed repairs.
Preventative Maintenance Program Pricing
Basic - $1250 Total
Annual - $2750 Total
Bi-Annual - $3750 Total = $2500 for 1st visit + $1250 for 2nd visit
Additional IR's are an extra $750 per visit
Travel fees are included in the package price
Additional repairs completed at a rate of $95/hour
All pricing includes standard parts and labor for one IR
Additional fees may apply for upgraded parts

Basic Maintenance Program Overview
All parts listed above are provided with this program. All labor will be performed on site in order to work around the facility scheduling demands. Upon completion, a list of suggested additional repairs will be provided.
Budget Details
· $1250 total cost
· 50% due 15 days before first day of service, 50% due 15 days after last day of service
· Signed approval required to proceed on any additional work not included this program
· Additional repairs approved outside of this program are NOT included in the $1250 price
· Additional repair labor rate is $95/HR
· Travel fees are included in the package price
